Udi Aymer has worked in the field of social care for 17 years. Since qualifying with a BA Hons Degree in Social Work in 2004, Udi has accumulated a wealth of experience working with children and families in various areas of the field such as; youth justice, fostering and safeguarding. Udi has worked as a youth justice social worker and youth court liaison officer within the local authority for a number of years. Before joining UK fostering in 2016, he spent the last 9 years practicing as a fostering team manager in the Independent fostering sector and the local authority across the Midlands and the North West. Over the years Udi has undertaken a wide range of trainings in safeguarding, cognitive behavioural therapy and attachment and has also facilitated trainings on various subject matters relating to looked after children.
